I don't know about you, but at my end, the holiday season wouldn't be the holiday season without gingerbread!

If you're looking to take your gingerbread baking in a different direction this year, in place of or in additional to gingerbread cookies, then look no further!

For those that love a solid brownie, and who are also a fan of molasses and my personal fave (ginger!) - I've rolled all of that goodness together for you!

This naturally gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free brownie batter can also be pressed into a cake pan - it's that versatile!

I encourage you to try it out this holiday season...and don't forget a generous serving of some pure coconut whipped cream on top!
