Grain-Free Morning Glory Muffins


Here's my take on a grain-free, gluten-free, dairy-fee and refined sugar-free option! No natural sweeteners added - just naturally-occurring sugar from fiber-rich produce, to stimulate your poops! ;)

These almond flour-based muffins are HEARTY! Containing our 3 macros - fiber, fat and protein, they're balanced to satisfy that baking desire for you...when you need it!

Almond flour has a beautiful colour, flavour and airiness to it! Uniquely, it doesn't rise upon baking like your typical glutenous flours, so the size of the final product will very closely mimic the amount of batter you fill each muffin cup with.

You'll love them!

Take them to the next level by slathering some organic ghee on them when they're still warm! Mmm hmm!
