This Plant-Based 'Tuna' Salad is a unique take on the classic tuna salad, only 100% plant-rich!

Soaked, rinsed and drained raw sunflower seeds serve as the base, to which fresh and bright flavours complement!

The beautiful thing about this spread is not only how little time it takes to make it, but how VERSATILE it is!

Beyond serving it on sliced cucumber or with gluten-free or grain-free crackers, it can be crumbled onto a salad as a salad topper, spread into a wrap or nori rolls, spooned into lettuce wraps, or simply enjoyed on its own!

Fresh lemon and fresh herbs are star ingredients in any dish, brightening up the flavour and leaving a lasting impression!
