Chewy Gingerbread Cookies
It's gingerbread season! My Chewy Gingerbread Cookies recipe is ready for YOU!
Gingerbread cookies have always been one of my faves!
Skip the store-bought options this year, loaded with white flour, white sugar (and the like!), and opt for a far less processed, more gut-friendly option, instead!
This naturally gluten-free, grain-free and dairy-free option is a blend of Bob's Red Mill almond and coconut flour, with robust flavour from Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Molasses (blackstrap) and a touch of some pure, maple syrup!
I encourage you to try it out this holiday season, and if you REALLY want to get adventurous(!), pick up some coconut or cashew-based ice cream and indulge in some ice cream sandwiches!
